Gretta's homeschool project
Our 13 year old has to do a final research project for her homeschool english. She has chosen Colombia. She is researching and putting together a paper on the country, people and lots of neat information. We are sooooo excited to see what she learns along the way. Now that it is really becoming a reality...I think we can all start studying this new home away from home we will call Colombia.
Now accepted at CDM
We were just informed today that we have been ofically accepted at Casa De Maria. Our agency friend emailed to say that they are now actively looking for children and that hopefully this won't take long.....wooo hooo!!!
How exciting.
How exciting.
Thanks to adoptive friends...the Erickson's
Yesterday at church we were reunited with some friends..the Erickson's.. from several years ago... who now have a daughter from Ethiopia (born '06 brought home '07) and they are in the process of adopting again from Ethiopia. It was so neat to talk with them and find out we were using the same agency in MN to go to separate countries. What a blessing it was to have them pray for our adoption and the children waiting for a family. How humbling to know that God has chosen our family for these children log before they were even born.
